Revenue — Polar
Connect Polar.sh with an Organization Access Token so the dashboard shows revenue, orders, and MRR next to your web traffic.
Connect Polar.sh so the dashboard can show your revenue, orders, and MRR alongside web traffic, and so the business digest can report revenue movement. This is independent of how you pay for 1mn — connecting your own Polar org for reporting is separate from 1mn's own billing. The token is encrypted at rest.
Prerequisites
- A Polar.sh organization with sales data.
- Whether you're connecting Production (
api.polar.sh) or Sandbox (sandbox-api.polar.sh). Sandbox is a separate Polar account used for testing.
Connect Polar
- Open Integrations and find the Revenue (Polar.sh) card.
- Choose the Environment — Production — api.polar.sh or Sandbox — sandbox-api.polar.sh.
- Create an Organization Access Token in Polar: Settings → Developers → New Token. Grant it exactly these scopes:
organizations:readorders:readsubscriptions:readmetrics:read
- Paste the token (it looks like
polar_oat_…) into Organization Access Token. - Click Connect Polar. The token is validated against your organization before it's saved; the card then shows your Organization name.
Example: what you get
Once connected, the Analytics tab surfaces revenue beside traffic, and the daily digest reports movement such as:
MRR $4,210 ▲ 6% WoW
Orders 38 ▲ 4 WoW
Revenue $5,930 ▲ 9% WoWLike the traffic digest, this is recommend-only — revenue alone never triggers a marketing action.
Notes & limits
- Read-only scopes. The four scopes above let 1mn read orders, subscriptions, and metrics — it cannot create or modify anything in your Polar org.
- Environment must match the token. A Sandbox token on the Production environment (or vice-versa) fails validation.
- Separate from 1mn billing. Disconnecting Polar only removes revenue reporting; it does not affect your 1mn subscription or credits (see Billing & credits).
- Disconnect from the card to stop revenue appearing on the dashboard and remove the stored token.
